Stringline runs stringline.build. This page explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

Demo requests. When you submit your work email on this site, we keep it and use it to contact you about a demo. We do not sell it or add it to any list you did not ask for.

Login. If you log in, we receive your name and email address from the sign-in provider you choose, such as Google. We use them to run your account and nothing else.

Usage data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, and page-view counts that do not identify you personally.

How we use it

To respond to demo requests, to run the browser version of the software for people who log in, to keep the site secure, and to understand which pages are useful.

Who else sees it

The services that run this site on our behalf: Vercel for hosting and analytics, Resend for sending email, and the sign-in provider you choose when you log in. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Demo requests until we have followed up, and for a reasonable time after. Account details for as long as you have an account. Server logs for a short period set by our hosting provider.

Your choices

Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page. The date at the top tells you when it was last changed.
